Bohdran, percussion, tenor banjo
Patrick Wiegand Guitar, Bouzouki, Psaltery, Lead Vocal
In addition to playing guitar, Pat is a composer, song writer, and percussionist. He regularly performs original material in Charleston area venues. When not “experimenting” with music, Pat is a research chemist.
Neil has had a number of years experience playing Celtic music. Besides playing a mean bodhran, Neil constantly surprises us with creative use of other percussion, like the bones, hand drums, and wooden spoons. Currently he is doing a great job picking up mandolin and tenor banjo as well. In "reel" life, Neil is a geographer.
Mark Davis is a well-respected percussionist in the Charleston area. He has made several pilgrimages to Africa to study percussion technique. Mark has played with several groups, including Comparsa and ACC. He currently leads the group VooDoo Katz.
Mike Petersen is a well-known concertina player in WV. Currently living in Wheeling he has started his own group, Gallowglass.
